Q: How did you get my name?
A: We obtain physician names from several sources. We then confirm the names with residency and fellowship training programs.
Q: May I bring my family with me?
A: Yes, they are welcome to come with you. However, you would be responsible for your family’s travel and lodging expenses.
Q: What kind of commitment is involved?
A: As an ESS physician, you have the flexibility to practice as much as you desire. The typical assignment can be from 1 week to 6 months or longer with the opportunity to work in as many facilities as you wish.
Q: What benefits does ESS provide?
A: While working in one of our facilities as an ESS independent contractor, ESS pays for your malpractice insurance, and we purchase your tail coverage. This insurance does not cover you when working outside of ESS facilities and will not interfere with your current malpractice insurance policy.
